Advance Payment
Aronda Tours (hereinafter: the agency) does not require advance payment. However, some suppliers require a deposit to guarantee the booking. These deposits are agreed with the client prior to being invoiced.
Cancellations
As a general rule, the complete booking can be cancelled without any cancellation fee up to 30 days before the date of departure. Any variation from this will be specified in each specific quotation. Any major reduction in size of the group after this time may result in charges. The agency will be in constant contact with the suppliers and the client to try to avoid cancellation fees.
Change in Services
The agency has the right to cancel the tour or to modify the services at any time up to the departure date, for reasons not caused by them (e.g., due to force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, refusal of landing rights, etc.)
List of Participants
In order to organise the tour in the best possible manner, the list of participants must reach the agency four weeks before departure. Depending on the needs of the client and likely requirements, the agency will keep rooms on option for subsequent sale.
Payment
Payment of the total amount agreed, in the currency of the client, must reach the agency one month before the date of departure.
Price Increases
Any increase in VAT in a country after quotation will be invoiced to the client. This also applies to any increase in prices by boat and airline companies due to fuel surcharges, airport or security taxes, etc.
Responsibility
The agency is responsible for the content of the programme and guarantees, among other matters, the rigorous selection of service providers, the preparation and professional execution of the travel and the provision of the travel documents to the client in good time. In case of delays or damage incurred due to force majeure, that the agency could not avoid, despite taking reasonable steps and making every effort, the agency cannot be held responsible. The agency will make every effort to assist the client if it concerns a legitimate claim against a service provider. When any resultant payments are due directly to the agency, they are ceded to the client. Claims must reach the agency in writing within seven days of the tour ending, After this time, the client has no longer any right to a claim
