Price Validity
Prices are valid for groups of 20 or more.  Prices for groups of less than 20 people available on request.

Free Places
Scandinavian countries: 1 person free of charge for 20 or more paid bookings. 2 places free of charge for groups of 35 or more paid bookings.

Other countries: Generally 1 free place will be provided per 20 paid bookings.

No free places on flights.

Accommodation
Our standard packages are based on carefully selected hotels of good tourist and superior class. We provide “tailor made” packages for special groups, requesting luxury accommodation or basic accommodation (students for example).

Meals
Half board includes 3-course set menus or buffet for dinner, as well as continental breakfast buffet or full breakfast buffet. We chose balanced and varied menus. On request, lunches are booked in restaurants. The detailed list of menus will be sent to you 3 weeks before the date of departure.

Guides
The guided visits in towns are conducted by officially approved tour guides.

Services
Aronda Tours provides complete files to drivers, with detailed itineraries and times, addresses and phone numbers of all booked services, road maps and city plans. For any queries or problems arising during the tour, we provide a 24-hour emergency telephone number.

In all matters, our General Conditions, which form part of our Terms, shall apply
